Sourdough Discard Sandwich Bread

Mix all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer

Knead until dough is smooth and soft

Let rise until doubled in size

Roll out into a 9x18-inch rectangle, then roll into a log

Place the dough log into the baking pan, cover and let rise again

The dough is ready to bake once it's risen an inch above the edge of the pan

Bake until the internal temperature is 190 degrees (F)

Let cool, then slice
