Knead 3-4 minutes until dough is smooth and slightly tacky

Let dough rise covered for 90 minutes

Divide into 12 equal-sized pieces

Shape into rolls, then cover and let rise 60 minutes

Brush with melted butter

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt

Bake until golden
