Classic Vanilla Marshmallows

Gather your ingredients

Bloom the gelatin on cold water in the stand mixer

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucepan

Bring to a boil

Boil until 240 degrees F

Pour the sugar mixture into the stand mixer and whip for 10-12 mins.

Spread the marshmallows in a 9x9 inch pan

Let the marshmallows set, then slice into 16 pieces

Toss each in powdered sugar

Serve and enjoy!
