Strawberry Pink Marshmallows

Gather your ingredients

Make your strawberry compote

Bloom the gelatin on compote mixed with water

Boil the sugar and corn syrup and bring to 240 degrees F

Carefully pour into the gelatin mixture and whip for 8-10 minutes

Spread into a greased 9x9-inch  baking pan and let firm (2-4 hours)

Once firm, turn out onto a greased work surface

Cut into 16 large marshmallows

Roll each in powdered sugar and enjoy!
