Sourdough Discard Zucchini Bread

Gather your ingredients

Combine sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla

Mix until combined

Add dry ingredients

Shred zucchini

Press between paper towels to remove excess moisture

Add zucchini to the batter and stir to combine

Pour into baking pan and sprinkle with turbinado sugar

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

Let cool fully before slicing
