Gather your ingredients

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer

Mix until a shaggy dough forms

Knead until smooth,  3-4 minutes

Let rise 90 minutes, until doubled in size

Divide into 8 equal-sized pieces

Roll into balls, cover and let rise another 60 minutes

Brush with egg wash

Sprinkle with toppings and bake
