Sourdough Discard Focaccia

Gather your ingredients

Bloom yeast with warm water in bowl of a stand mixer

Let the dough rise in a large, oiled bowl

Dough will double in size after first rise

Transfer to a 13x9in. baking pan for second rise

Dough will nearly fill pan after second rise

Press deep dimples all over the dough

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt

Bake and let cool before slicing
