Sourdough Discard Crackers

Gather your ingredients

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

Add sourdough discard, olive oil and water

Combine until a smooth dough forms

Flatten the dough on a floured surface and let sit 5 mins

Use a rolling pin to roll to 1/8in thickness, then add toppings

Use a ravioli cutter to cut your cracker shapes

Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet 

Bake 10-12 minutes
