Sourdough Discard Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels

Gather your ingredients

Mix until you have a shaggy dough

Knead 4-5 minutes until smooth

Let the dough rise 60-90 minutes

Divide into 8 equal pieces

Roll each piece into a  24-inch rope

Make a U shape

Cross the ends and make one twist

Fold the ends down and press into the bottom of the pretzel

Boil 20-30 seconds on each side

Bake, then brush with melted butter

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
