Let's make Sourdough Discard Cinnamon Rolls

Gather your ingredients

Combine all ingredients for the dough, let rise 60-90 minutes

Roll the dough into a 9x14in. rectangle

Spread with softened butter and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins

Roll into a log from the short end of the rectangle

Use dental floss to pinch cut the cinnamon rolls

Place in a greased baking dish for second rise

Rolls will expand to fill the dish

Bake, then spread with frosting and serve!
