Sourdough Discard Blueberry Bagels

Gather your ingredients

Mix together dry ingredients

Add sourdough discard, then blueberries

Mix until a shaggy dough forms. It will be very dry. 

Knead until smooth. You'll get a lot of liquid from the berries!

Let rise until doubled in size

Divide into 8 equal pieces

Roll each into a ball

Use your thumb to press a hole in the center

Boil 30-60 seconds each side

Bake until golden
