Candy Cane Marshmallows

Gather your ingredients

Bloom gelatin on cold water

Bring sugar, corn syrup and water to a boil

Simmer until 240 degrees F

Pour into stand mixer and whip for 10-12 minutes

Spread into a greased 9x9in pan

Drizzle with food coloring and use a toothpick to swirl

Let firm, then cut into 16 squares

Roll each in powdered sugar
