Blueberry Sourdough Discard Muffins

Gather your ingredients

Cream together butter and sugar

Add eggs, vanilla and orange zest, mixing to combine

Mix in sourdough discard

Mix in dry ingredients

Toss blueberries with flour to keep from sinking in the batter

Fold berries into the batter

Fill lined muffin cups with batter

Sprinkle with turbinado sugar
